Discover how AJAX wireless intrusion systems integrate seamlessly with Genetec Security Center via GIP protocol for centralized alarm monitoring and real-time incident response.
The AJAX driver is a GIP-certified (Genetec Intrusion Protocol) module that integrates AJAX Systems wireless intrusion panels (Jeweller technology) into the unified Security Center platform. It delivers real-time monitoring, bidirectional control and MotionCam picture verification directly from Security Desk.
Unified interface for all intrusion alarms, correlation with video feeds and access control, visual verification via MotionCam, centralized zone mapping and fast deployment thanks to Jeweller wireless - all from a single Security Desk operator workstation.
Yes. Certified GIP (Genetec Intrusion Protocol) driver for AJAX Jeweller wireless intrusion panels.
Genetec Security Center 5.11, 5.12, 5.13 and 5.14.
No. The driver requires an on-premise Security Center deployment because it installs as an intrusion extension (GIP) on the Intrusion Manager role. Security Center SaaS is not supported at this time.
HUB (2G/4G), HUB 2 (2G/4G), HUB 2 Plus, HUB Hybrid (2G/4G), Superior Hub Hybrid (4G), Superior Hub G3, EN54 Fire Hub and EN54 Hub 4G - all using Jeweller wireless radio technology.
Yes. The driver communicates with AJAX hubs through the AJAX Cloud. The Security Center server must have outbound Internet access to connect to the AJAX Cloud and receive events in real time.
As soon as an AJAX panel detects an intrusion, the alarm is instantly pushed to Security Desk via the GIP protocol. Operators see the alarm, panel arming state and zone events, and can trigger response procedures (video verification, mapping, workflows) without leaving Security Center.
Yes. Up to 5 photos per alarm are automatically displayed in Security Desk for instant visual verification. Images are accessible from events, alarms, alarm reports and a dedicated MotionCam report for full traceability.
Yes. Control is bidirectional: Security Desk operators can arm / disarm the AJAX panel, trigger alarms and run zone actions directly from Security Center, without switching to the AJAX application.
Yes. The driver exposes intrusion zone, input and output states on Security Center maps, with a halo icon on triggered alarms and support for the custom icons of the Genetec intrusion manager.
Intrusion zone activity reports, intrusion detection unit event reports, dedicated MotionCam report, MotionCam pictures in events and alarms, arm / disarm the panel, trigger alarms and monitor arming state - all from the unified Security Desk interface.
ADX-AJAX-BASE (one license per integrated AJAX panel) + SMA-AJAX-1Y to 5Y (mandatory annual maintenance, from 1 to 5 years) + one Genetec Intrusion license GSC-1AP-AJAX per panel.
