No. The plugin requires an on-premise Security Center deployment because it installs as a native Genetec server role. Security Center SaaS is not supported at this time.

Which Skydio drone models are supported?

The plugin relies on the Skydio Cloud API and supports Skydio autonomous drones compatible with that API (including the Skydio X10 family). The exact compatibility matrix evolves with Skydio updates and is published in the plugin release notes.

Is a Skydio Cloud subscription required?

Are Skydio video recordings automatically archived from the Skydio cloud?

Yes. At the end of each mission, Skydio media files (videos + metadata) are automatically pulled from the Skydio cloud and archived into Security Center, without operator intervention - every flight leaves a centralized recording usable for audit or investigation.

How to retrieve and replay Skydio mission videos from Security Desk?

Skydio cameras remain created as Security Center entities even when the drone is not in flight. They appear in a clearly identified offline state and become active again as soon as the drone takes off - no need to recreate display configurations for each mission.

Does the plugin push back GPS positions and mission metadata into Security Desk?

Yes. The plugin pushes back in real time the GPS position of drones, their flight status (availability, mission in progress, return to base) and the associated mission metadata. Drones are visualized as mobile entities on the Security Center map with a dynamic icon.

Can each Skydio drone be recorded on a different Genetec Archiver?

Yes. The plugin lets you select a Genetec Archiver per Skydio drone in Config Tool. Each drone can therefore be recorded on a dedicated Archiver - useful to spread the storage load across multiple Archivers, isolate video per site, or align recording with the Security Center network topology.

GSC-RS-ADDONX-DDF-BASE (Genetec base license of the Drone Dispatch Framework, developed by ADDONXPERT - available only with Security Center Enterprise packages) + GSC-RS-ADX-DDF-SKYDIO (Skydio driver add-on, includes Fleet Monitoring for 5 drones) + ADV-RS-ADX-DDF-1Y to 5Y (mandatory Genetec Advantage contract, from 1 to 5 years, not sold separately).
